All is welcome to come and enjoy an evening of musical discourse. You will be the first to hear piano compositions & première performances by Ann Carr-Boyd, May Howlett and Joanne Burrows. Students and friends will perform a wonderful variety of Australian works for piano, beautiful melodies, exciting rhythms and lovely tone colours.

Biography: Ann Carr-Boyd
Ann Carr-Boyd is a free-lance composer living in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. She has had a life-long interest in writing educational music as it is important to have interesting and rewarding music available for students young and old. Her music covers a wide range of ensembles and styles. In recent years she has received a number of commissions from Ars Musica Australis, including the Fantasy for Harp and Orchestra ; Romance for Flute and Orchestra ; Piano Concerto No 2 ; Moonbeams Kiss the Sea for solo piano and the Violin Concerto.
